Situation: A hurricane caused damage to a 12,740 square foot section of roofing on the University of Houston’s College of Architecture building. Water damaged approximately 40% of the building.
Response: The Roadrunner team immediately deployed and initiated water extraction, structural drying and content restoration.
Process: Water extraction, structural drying and content restoration began immediately. Continued monitoring and maintenance of air quality systems helped ensure a safe environment for faculty and students alike.
Results: As a result of the quick response, classes that were in danger of being canceled began as scheduled.
