Roadrunner Restoration’s COO, Lloyd Swiggum, is an experienced executive leader in the emergency response restoration industry. His career has taken him all around the world to manage teams and help in recovery and restoration efforts following catastrophic events.
He’s served at the helm of eight companies, including one which grew from 400 to 2,000 employees and another that grew from $3M to nearly $200M in annual revenue under his leadership. Now, As COO of Roadrunner, Lloyd is responsible for overseeing company operations and growth.
Lloyd has traveled to 33 countries developing franchise opportunities and helping in recovery efforts after catastrophic events. Throughout his vast career, he’s developed his expertise while serving at all levels of recovery and restoration after hurricanes Rita, Wilma, Ike, flooding in England or 911 in New York. No matter what the event or which role he played, his focus is and always has been on empowering his teams to rebuild the things people need the most.
When he isn’t working, you’ll find Lloyd spending time with his family, which includes his wife, Jan, 6 children and 17 grandchildren!
