Residential Asbestos

Asbestos and lead are both hazardous substances. There are six types of asbestos that can be found in a home’s insulation, HVAC system, flooring, and other hidden areas. For homes built before 1980, you should consider testing for asbestos so you can feel secure your family is protected. We will get an environmentalist out to your location to test for toxic minerals.

Lead can be found in a variety of materials withing your home and is highly toxic to human organs like the brain, kidney, and the cardiovascular system.

We will contain these affected areas and prevent cross contamination and remove all the material which contains the asbestos or lead. We will clean all the surrounding materials and then dispose of the material properly according to state law. It is imperative for our employees to wear the proper personal protective equipment (PPE) and keep all mucous membranes accurately covered. They also must be fitted for a full or half face respirator including PAPR mask and correctly follow OSHA guidelines.
