Las Haciendas Restaurant
Situation: A kitchen fire caused extensive damage to the restaurant. Business interruption was a major concern – not just from the lost revenue while the restaurant was closed, but from the risk that patrons would find another restaurant that they would continue to frequent even after the restaurant reopened.
Response: Within hours of being contacted by the restaurant’s insurance carrier, Roadrunner project managers were on premise meeting with the owners of the restaurant, and assessing structural issues caused by the fire.
Process: Roadrunner developed a 3 shift, 24 hours- a-day solution which allowed the entire cleaning and reconstruction to be completed within one week.
Results: Las Haciendas opened the Monday following the fire, continuing to serve clients and preventing the loss of key employees who may have sought employment elsewhere in the case of a long closure.
